Donna Chiquita is serving Latin-American inspired cuisine influenced by the Californian upbringing and Honduran heritage owner of Leif Huckman. The recipes come from Chef Tristan Harrington, who cut his teeth with Salt’s Cure in LA and was impacted by the cuisine of the many Mexican taquerias and food trucks. Donna Chiquita pays homage to the fresh, flavorful & funky ingredients of Latin American cuisine.
